1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ambrosia Events' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Ambrosia Events provides luxury event planning and venue management services, including but not limited to:

  • Wedding planning and coordination
  • Corporate event management
  • Destination wedding services
  • Venue selection and booking
  • Event design and decoration
  • Catering coordination

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings require a signed contract and advance payment to confirm services. Dates are not held without proper booking confirmation and payment.

3.2 Payment Schedule

  • 25% advance payment upon booking confirmation
  • 50% payment 30 days before the event
  • 25% final payment on the day of the event

3.3 Late Payments

Late payment fees may apply for overdue amounts. Services may be suspended for non-payment.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellation

  • More than 90 days before event: 75% refund of payments made
  • 31-90 days before event: 50% refund of payments made
  • 15-30 days before event: 25% refund of payments made
  • Less than 15 days before event: No refund

4.2 Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), services may be postponed or cancelled with full refund or credit toward future services.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and requirements in a timely manner
  • Obtain necessary permits and licenses for events
  • Ensure venue access and compliance with venue rules
  • Provide final guest count at least 7 days before the event
  • Be available for consultations and decision-making

6. Limitation of Liability

Ambrosia Events' liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our responsibility is limited to the services outlined in the signed contract.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and creative work developed by Ambrosia Events remain our intellectual property. Clients may use photos and materials from their events for personal use but not for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Privacy and Photography

By using our services, clients consent to photography and videography of events for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
